Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup Siracha
Directions
- Add chicken and onion to the slow cooker
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together sauce ingredients
- Pour sauce into the slow cooker, ensuring all ingredients are wet
- Cook on high 2-3 hours or on low 5-6 hours
