
Chinese Chicken Salad is a classic. This recipe is so easy to make from ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. Check out how to do it yourself:
Ingredients
- 1 bag shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 package ramen noodles, broken up and roasted (do not include seasoning packet)
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 chicken breast, grilled and sliced
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup slivered/sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/3 cup oil (mostly peanut with a little sesame)
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 5 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Mix dressing ingredients and set asside
- Mix salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing
- Chicken can be placed on top of the salad or tossed in when you add the dressing.
