Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup Siracha

Directions

  1. Add chicken and onion to the slow cooker
  2. In a medium sized bowl, mix together sauce ingredients
  3. Pour sauce into the slow cooker, ensuring all ingredients are wet
  4. Cook on high 2-3 hours or on low 5-6 hours

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 18 unwrapped caramel candies (such as Werther’s) each cut into 6 pieces.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl
  3. Beat brown sugar, white sugar, and butter together in a bowl, using an electric mixer until creamy. Beat eggs, 1 at a time into butter mixture until blended. Beat in vanilla extract
  4. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture until dough is just combined. Fold in chocolate chips
  5. divide dough into multiple two-tablespoon size balls. Arrange on a baking sheet. Press 3 caramel pieces into each dough ball
  6. Bake until edges are golden brown, 13-15 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire wrack to cool.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 package ramen noodles, broken up and roasted (do not include seasoning packet)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 chicken breast, grilled and sliced

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup slivered/sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1/3 cup oil (mostly peanut with a little sesame)
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 5 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Mix dressing ingredients and set asside
  2. Mix salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing
  3. Chicken can be placed on top of the salad or tossed in when you add the dressing.
